I'd take him as your impact sub and squad player...IMO it's a good bit of business paying only 100k, I just hope to God he's not been signed as a replacement for Jay, he's nowhere near as good.

Parkin is a good cheap signing and a good plan B and cover for Jay, this is what we need, cover in the squad, should still go for Vaughan though.

Really dont know what to make about this signing, we are well know for bottling it in recent seasons,
and parkin certainly aint a player to bottle it so I will give him that...

He may not be anywhere near as good as jay but we cant judge how good or bad he is as we havent seen him play in a cardiff shirt yet but im sure he will put 100% in for the club and do alot more for us than keogh has
