As Jones finds it impossible to show any emotion during a game when your natural reaction is to clap,raise arms etc ,can you imagine his team talk in the dressing room, no wonder the players seem not motivated.

Would you want to bust a gut for a manager who lacks passion and blames players in public for individual errors.

Also us supporters have not got a clue and our expectations are to high ! .

I have supported Jones up to now, but we need to change as very soon we will be out of the play offs as he has lost the dressing room.

He should have been sacked last night - the fact he hasn't been we can kiss good bye to this season. It will be all the more depressing seeing our neighbours plying their trade in the top flight next season.
