Academy Fund Raising

Hi

Has there been a direct debit form set up yet for the Academy fund? I have tried looking but cant find it. I've been meaning to do this for ages but I'm always on my phone never on my laptop and dont like setting up all that stuff over the phone.

Any link to the forms would be much appreciated!
