The 28-year-old has scored 13 Championship goals this term, with his form earning him a surprise England debut as a substitute in the 2-1 defeat to France in November.

Bothroyd is out of contract in the summer and Cardiff are keen to cash in now, rather than see him walk away for nothing at the end of the season.
Fulham, West Ham United and Birmingham City have all been credited with an interest in the former Arsenal trainee, but it now appears he will have a more enticing option.
According to the Mail on Sunday, Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti has identified Bothroyd as a bargain transfer target.
The Premier League champions have struggled to find the target in recent weeks and Ancelotti is keen to bring in another striker this month.
However, he has a limited transfer budget - a situation that makes spending just £2 million on a goalscorer like Bothroyd an attractive option.
Chelsea are also keen on Benfica's Brazilian centre-back David Luiz, but the Portuguese club's £40 million asking price means a deal is unlikely.
