What is actually happening at 10.30am?

But the snow is forecast for 3-5pm today so what exactly are they doing at 10.30am, an actual pitch inspection or a meeting to discuss the forecast.

riddlers meeting on the pitch, he hopes to grow some money tree's under the hot blankets, he say's he's seen on tv that they grow weed in hot conditions with covers around them, so by planting a free trees under the hot blacket on the pitch he might raise a few quid before kick off

Yeah but like I said it hasn't snowed overnight and the temperature hasn't been ridiculously low. The pitch was playable yesterday and it has had those covers on overnight.

This surely means it will pass the 10.30am inspection, but I am worried about the heavy snow forecast from 3-5pm onwards. What happens if it's snowing bad at 6pm tonight, surely fans travel safety has to be a factor.
