The players might be disappointed with the performance on saturday, but then they haven't just forked out 3-400 quid on a season ticket for next year on the premise that money would be used to strengthen the team, which is now looking unlikely. They also have a few thousand quid a week to go to back to their luxury homes in their luxury cars after putting in an under-par effort while the rest of us struggle on through the recession. So, to say they feel it as much as us isn't quite true. At least Marshall isn't flat out whingeing like the gaffer though.
