are we signing vaughan becasue someone said we could only announce the signing on the 4 th

dont think so not yet anyway from what i heard they cant agree on how transfer fee is to be paid everton want cash up front but cardiff want to pay in installments. maybe carl or annis can shed more light on the situation.

Probably signing Peter Vaughan from Porridge or Robert Vaughan from Hustle.
