Chopra & McCormack

The pairing looked OK last night, particularly as the midfield kept the ball on the floor for a change 
One thing that looked pretty obvious to me, and a number of neutrals I was watching with, was how much more effective Chopra is than McCormack.
His workrate was phenomenal and he looked liked he had a point to prove. He held the ball up well and constantly got himself between the defender and the ball.
McCormack just didn't have the same workrate and was robbed of the ball on numerous occasions. I still think he needs to lose a few pounds and get game fit, otherwise he just isn't going to get a game upfront if Chops and Bothroyd are fit.
I'm not saying McCormack played badly (I think all of them played well and it was a much improved performance) but he really needs to up his game and get back to the levels of last season if he is serious about getting in the first 11.
