SMALL VALE UPDATE

got there about half ten, seen them all training on the pitches ( don't no about parkin or jay)
most of them then went for a swim.
koumas and hudson and riggot in the gym,
came out of the at 11.45 there was a few on training pitch.
but i suppose plus point i didn't see parkin or jay with physio
pretty crap update i must be honest

Well I for one think your up dates are good,if gives us an insight to what they do there. Next time ask Riggott if he thinks he will play again this season ? and tell him we all thought he did great and we all wish him a speedy get well soon.

Well I for one think your up dates are good,if gives us an insight to what they do there. Next time ask Riggott if he thinks he will play again this season ? and tell him we all thought he did great and we all wish him a speedy get well soon.
he was walking up about in gym doing little bits and bobs i did say hello but he did look bit down but to fair he does try really hard u can see that way he trains in gym just think he got the old injury curse, i hope he sorts it out tho cuz i think generally he could be fantastic defender
just another long road for him now
