Help unlock W995 mobile with CID81

Anyone know how to or where I can get the above phone unlocked?
It comes with Sony's new CID81 software which can't be done with the free programs online. The only one I can find is setools but requires a purchase of 30 credits for £55
Tryed the local phone unlock shop in Barry but they said it needs to be posted away at a cost of £30 which seems a bit much.

I couldn't get this phone unlocked. Tried for months and was quoted funny money, could have bought a new phone for the prices they were talking about.

Its a joke. The older versions CID51 & CID53 you can do for free. Took it into a phone shop in Barry who said they could do it over the phone. They've had it a day and now say they can't do it
This setool thing requires 6 credits and can be done. Problem is you need to buy a minimum of 30 credits
