Why no statement from the Riddler / the club then? Surely we deserve at least that?

If that was true he should be more elusive than Lord Lucan at the moment.

Re: Due dilligence

Because he will hang in there by the skin of his teeth, collecting 40k per month every month, until he is finally ousted by fellow shareholders or the DTI as they might strike him off due to his actions as a Director of WH Sports Ltd. Money is the only motivation for Ridsdale and he will stay with you to the possible end. Board will never oust him as hes surrounded himself with his own board members who also get a financial advantage with Peter being Chairman.

Excuse any ignorance on my behalf, but what actions have your trust taken so far?

Apart from a little moaning on here we've basically just let him get on with it and will continue to do so.

Corky has sent them a letter asking for an EGM, he will explain it all, they have to reply by Friday.

Annis, do you mean AGM? or does your trust already have enough shareholding to call for an EGM. There is a big difference.

they have requested an AGM but if it is not forthcoming then the trust will then seek an EGM which is believed that they have got the required support of the necesary 5% shareholders to do so

They've requested an AGM, although if that doesn't work the Trust will go after an EGM. Need 5% of the shares since the club's AGM hasn't been held for over a year.

The Trust itself don't have 5% shares in the club, however if the club refuse the Trust's request for an AGM to be held in the short term, the Trust will aim to get enough minor share-holders together (including Annis' shares) to get past the 5% level.

So is the 5% in place by the trust to go forward regards the EGM.

Yes I believe so.

Seriously though you need actions coming from all Qtrs/ angles if you wish to dispose of Ridsdale. Hit him from all sides and different actions if you want your wishes. You need mass support to demonstrate.

Thanks TNT but I think that we will just drift into oblivion, watching Ridsdale continue to fill his boots, sat comfortably in his paid for Cowbridge pile, puffing on his Cuban cigar and drinking the finest brandy.

Then if thats the case and you can not organise, then you have many troubles ahead. You were able to arrange previous including West Brom this season, what seems to be your problem this time around?
