Well, it would seem tomorrow is the big day on two fronts. One, it is the day PR said the unpaid tax bill would be resolved and two, it is the final day of the trusts deadline to PR about calling an AGM before they call for an EGM.
Front One - The Tax bill. I believe that the tax bill will be paid tomorrow, but only because Steve Borley and Paul Guy are loaning the club the money and thus saving Ridsdales blushes. I'm sure that Ridsdale will, when the bill is paid, try to come out of it all like a knight in shining armour, but that is far from the case. Should the bill with the HMRC not be settled, I'm pretty sure we weon't be hearing much from camp Riddler.
Front Two - AGM. If Ridsdale refuses the trusts call for an AGM then the trust will move to get 5% of the shareholders behind them to move for an EGM. This is where the truth will come out. I believe, to a man, we supporters should be 100% behind the trust on this. Perhaps Corky can enlighten us on what the strategy is, and should Ridsdale not respond, would the trust be willing to back a fans demonstration at a home game, perhaps Doncaster, to call for Ridsdale and the board to hold an EGM and give us answers??

Shuffle paperwork?? We will wait and see what happens tomorrow, and if the outcome is not as we all want - the tax bill paid and an AGM granted, then the wheels have already been set in motion for action, in form of a mass demonstration, to happen. Tuesday will just be the start, but by Doncaster, PR won't know what hit him.

We have a strategy ready if we get no responce from the club or we get a negative responce to the call to hold an AGM/EGM...this is a public message board though probably read by the club and the police so It maybe not the best policy to discuss this at this time. What I will say is that it is a work in progress but we can't rush it through any quicker than we are doing.
Any fans demonstration has to be properly organised and have a focal point...maybe a spontaneous demonstration by fans rather than an organised demo would be the best option. Or you will find that once ringleaders and organisers are identified they can be taken out. You must also be sure that the people demanding this are there when the crunch comes...I vividly remember WBA a few years back when the plan was for tweny minibus loads to stay outside the Hawthorns in protest against the Bubble trips...it ended up with twenty or less fans making a stand whilst the others broke ranks and went into the ground.
I know its frustrating and people want action now, that is natural, The supporters Trust will go through the legal routes and I know its slow but it is the only way it can happen...however if others want to try other methods ,like demonstrations etc..you cannot really blame them...a lot of people are feeling ripped off and there are many angry fans ready to take their anger out on someone.

Corky, I know you can only go through the legal channels as fast as law allows you, and I sincerely hope that the trust succeeds for the sake of our club.
Would any sort of demonstration hurt the objective of the trust?? Because if not, we will carry on (if only Baz and myself) being the militant bastards we are!!

I wouldn't have thought so mate...I just worry for the fans that could get arrested...you get loads of promises but often people fail to show up when the time comes...talking the talk and not walking the walk...I am not saying that about anyone on here by the way...everyone is passionate and cares about their club...that is obvious.
