MY GRANDFATHER HAS BEEN SACKED

He's 89 and lives in a caravan on Trecco bay, for the last 27 years he's had a part time job at the fairground. He opens up at 8am every morning and lights the boilers etc and potters around cleaning for two hours a day, keeps him occupied and the few quid he get's buys hims some luxuries.

He's never had a day off and hasn't even turned up late once in 27 years of devoted service. Well last week because of the snow he turned up ten minutes late. He wallks to work the mile and a half from his caravan, but on the day in question he slipped and fell twice causing some nasty bruising. Obviously the walk took longer because of this and he turned up ten minutes late.

Well his boss seen hm coming in, tore a strip off him and the sacked him on the spot, no warning at all.

I intend finding him a good solicitor and taking them on for Fun fair dismissal.
