EGM

Fri Jan 15, 2010 4:04 pm

So, it would seem, Peter Ridsdale and the Cardiff City board, have not, and will not, as posted by Corky on here today, meet todays 5PM deadline as set by the Trust in calling an AGM, as the club will discuss it in mondays meeting. They might then on monday (however highly unlikely) agree to an AGM, but in the meanwhile, the Trust will continue to work towards getting 5% of the shareholders to call an EGM.

For those of you who do not know, Since62 explains all about an EGM in this thread.....

I fully pledge my support to The Trust going through the legal channels, as an EGM will finally give us the truth Ridsdale does not want us to have. As mentioned by Since62, from getting the 5% shareholders together and calling a meeting, to the meeting itself could take 7 weeks.

7 weeks is a long time Annis, but the results will be worth it. THE TRUTH.

But in the meantime it doesn't mean we have to sit idly by why Ridsdale continues to drag our club through the depths of depair. We have a voice, and I for one, intend on using it.
