JET or Drinky with McPhail, Oli and Whitts in support????

A no-brainer. I prefer Spurs but the Gunner is class....sheer class!!

Different type of player from Drinky.

Drinkwater was superb start of the season. No-one can seriously deny that... got injured, Dj changed tactics, brought back for Swansea when nowhere near fit...

Re: DRINKWATER

why keep a player that does not want to play for us?

Maybe it's worth reflecting why that player doesn't want to play for us? And maybe people within the club trying to learn lessons from it?

Let's be honest, Rambo returns, our midfield will be :-

Oli + one of McPhail / Rae.

Now, Dj's confidence in mcPhail nd rae is so great, he brought Drinkwater in. And has brought Rambo in.

But it's ok.

With Wildig out on loan, we've still got taiwo, I believe?

Taiwo went mate. Can't remember where but he's long gone.

Loaned to Dagenham and Redbridge, just found out.

I'd imagine he could be recalled...

It's only loan is it? Balls, I was hoping for a full transfer. Never felt he had a proper go but always got the feeling he'd never make it and we signed him as an act of desperation.

I don;t know. Against us, he was superb - strong in tackle, good passing.

The DJ brings him on against the Jacks, plays him wide left...

The last few sub appearances, did seem to improve. I remember against Peterboro, who were playing one touch stuff through the middle, he'd press the guy with the ball, but then also be able to track back as the guy then made a run.
