The real question should be 'hoew much of HIS OWN cash is he putting in' and how much will be used to stabilise/advanc the club and how much on the other hand will be going to buy the major shareholders out (at a profit to them).

It appears not only is PR using Harris' mate/contact to attempt to 'up the ante' via this "stunt" with the Malaysians and/or Americans (if we are to believe they are both interested). the other alleged investor works for citibank and often comes to city games.
they were the two americans that our chairman decided were potential investors

From my understanding there are no Americans, The Malay, will not deal with Peter after their initial dealings with him.
