Paul Guy and Mike Hall run the club into the ground via that idiot Ridsdale.On the brink of Admin,Atlantic Developments come in and take over the club for a song then get dibs on the stadium off the council for a peppercorn amount.
End result,rugby owns the retail,the stadium and CCFC,who in turn rent the stadium off the rugby boys.

Remember Guy,Hall and Atlantic`s boss are all chums.Sure you all know who the boss is.
