Did he tell you why the fans were conned into buying season tickets under false pretences?

Ok maybe they haven't gone away, but from what I've heard they didn't like whole tax situation and the fact that Ridsdale allegedly tried covering it up. It sounds as if they are still around but dealing with other members behind the scenes, but the process must have slowed down

Reading between the lines it appears Guy and Borley are negotiating directly with the Malaysians. There have been plenty of hints about 'something' happening in February.
We have to take this information in good faith because as it is coming from Borley not Ridsdale. I know it's hard and goes against all our instincts but we have to give them the time they have asked for.
Frankly signing players is now a dead issue as is our lame duck Chairman.
Zabier said earlier it might be time for a spring clean, sweeping away the old and starting again. I agree and the first step is to pay the tax bill, see through the takeover and then address the playing side come the summer.

I thought the idea of Due Diligence was for buyers to get a complete no holes barred picture.
How could the tax issue be left out of Due Diligence?
