They never had a bloody board meeting, Borley didnt even know there was suppose to be one.

Alan Whitely has been in touch and we will be receiving a letter of intent Tomorrow or Thursday...in the meanwhile we will continue to get things ready to get the 5% required to call an EGM.

The real problem is the time these things take, due to company law it could take 6-8 weeks for this to happen, to enable the club to prepare financial reports etc.

Thanks OLd timer, we will be in touch....when we were told on Friday that they would be getting together Monday we believed they meant at a board meeting, what really happened was a few board members discussed our request for an EGM and are now responding to it in writing...
