Just wondering if any1 is going to the gig????
Fri Jan 22, 2010 10:19 am
I've booked two tickets via kililive.co.uk after getting paid last night. Not expecting an e-mail confirmation for another 4-6 hours yet though.
Fri Jan 22, 2010 10:27 am
Aiiii I just got 4 tickets through ticketmaster. bit steep pricing on these tickets aint it....
ahhhh well all good.
Fri Jan 22, 2010 10:30 am
Mattyblue, did you have to pay a booking fee and a transaction fee? I think the total cost of my tickets came to close to £80 for two!
Fri Jan 22, 2010 10:39 am
yes booking fee and delivery charge £5.25 scandalous in my eyes.
total price for 4 tickets £161.25, but got them now
Fri Jan 22, 2010 10:52 am
Yeah, I feel slightly raped but I'll be getting £40 back tonight and then at least when the gig comes around in June it'll be a summer event to look forward to that's already been paid for!
I'd probably just spend the £40 getting shit faced on a night out anyway so when I look at it that way it's easier to cope with. Are you sitting or standing? I wasn't given an option but my girlfriend wants to go in the seating because she feels ill if she stands up for ages at gigs.
Fri Jan 22, 2010 11:01 am
Well I asked for standing 1s but on the order which come up it give seat numbers, i prefer to stand att gigs but got the option to sit if we like. My mrs is coming too. just rung my mate to see if he wanted to come and he also booked 4 tickets, can see us having some spares now.
Aye cant wait now for the summer "gig" thats if we have a summer this year
Fri Jan 22, 2010 11:02 am

Well if it turns out you're sitting mate and we're standing I'll exchange our tickets with yours if you want closer to the date. They're all the same price so no problems about that. We'll see closer to the date anyway. Even if we arrange to meet inside the gig or something! If you have seat numbers it could be that the whole gig is seated! I hope not. Would still be good to have a chaotic mosh pit. The Rolling Stones concert was all seater mind so it could be!

I can confirm this as i have family that are Jehovah's Witnesses, Don't see what it has to do with the Stereophonics tho.

Zabier no problems mate, i remember when they were at the mill stad, i had seats but could also get down to the standing area so may be something like that
Fri Jan 22, 2010 12:08 pm
Cool, well yeah hopefully it's no problem! Just looking forward to it now. I wonder who will be supporting them. Any ideas?

Are we allowed to sing ''we all hate Leeds,we all hate Leeds'' at Kelly???
Fri Jan 22, 2010 12:53 pm
I know! That's the most bizarre support he could have. I wouldn't care about him being a plastic... but a Leeds plastic??? Why?
Fri Jan 22, 2010 12:58 pm
I dunno if you kno the story why hes a leeds fan but ere is why, In cwm where hes from there are quite a lot of leeds fans and whilst growing up as it is he just followed the older fellas, there are probably more leeds fans up there than city fans, and thats not a lie.
But as for a person kelly is a good crack, not as gud a stuart or richard but hes an ok sort of guy. Kelly gets all the stick at being a kleeds fan but i think closer to heart he has got a bit of feeling for the city!!!!!
What would you all do if he ploughed a nice cash sum into our club ?????

Fri Jan 22, 2010 6:16 pm
got mine today
Fri Jan 22, 2010 6:19 pm
I like some of their music (Bartender + the thief and Vegas Two Times are great songs) but I've never bought a Phonics album or been to see them live and I never will as they are the embodiment of everything wrong with the South Wales public.
Whenever the Welsh rugby yawnion team win anything they're on it like a tramp on chips.
But Jones is a Leeds fan. Despite singing "As long as we beat the English we don't care".
What a clown. Bollocks to them.
(Oh, and the lead singer's caled Kelly. You what?!)
