Karate Classes in Cardiff City?..

Hey guys, I'm just wondering if there are any good Karate classes in Cardiff City?

I'd say for beginners, even though I used to do it for a number of years until the age of 11 or 12 (I'm 23 now, so have forgotten it all).

I used to do Japanese Karate (JKA) so something like that would be great.

Anyone here in a club?

My boy does Karate Chief and he belongs to Bargoed SKC. It is one of the best clubs in the UK and one of the most successful. The Sensei is Kevin O'Neil and he was Welsh captain and is now one of the top Wales coaches so if you want to get on and do Competitions ETC this is an outstanding Club or try to get into the Welsh Squad this is your club.
