I know it's not the biggest outlay we have this month, but didn't Sam say that certain repercussions would apply immediately if any instalment was not paid by the specific due date? Well payment one was/is due in January by a set date....

So, as we have a recent history of agreeing payment plans and then proceed to default on them within the first month , I just wondered what the 'pay by' date was and what the ramifications are if CCFC have failed to front up with the cash?

Anyone know?

The final payment this year is due on 31/12/2010. So I assume the first payment will be 31/01/2010.

Another reason to wait for January to pass....

I have a feeling so long as Her Majesty is waiting, Sam will be too!
