I was watching City when Stantona was playing but cant really remember him as much as Blake, i can still see Blake's goal against Man City now.

Peter Thorne and Rob Earnshaw. Thorne never got the credit he deserved. He was the reason Earnie scored half of those goals at least. Carl Dale, Phil Stant and Leo (for the cult value) aren't far behind. Remember, this is favourite and not best!

Hahaha, I remember going to watch Merthyr play Hereford in a friendly up at Penydarren Park. Pike was playing for Hereford that day! He stole the show!

Robert Earnshaw.
Nobody comes close. MY first footballing idol and still is to this day. I've been to watch Nottingham Forest three times in the last two seasons just to see him!!

For me it can only be Toshack and Clark.Alston and Evans were good but in the old Div Three.Earnie with Tosh would have been sensational as for Thornie good player as he was he cost us a million more than we should have paid in my opinion.
