The latest available list at Companies House is the list as at 1 August 2008 , so is just over a year old , but no huge new share issues have been made since then to date , so it gives a decent picture of who controls the club
PMG Estates 14.75%
Mike Hall 7.46%
Paul Guy 4.85%
_______
27.06%
Peter Ridsdale 10.65%
Steve Borley 7.56%
Alan Whitely 4.85%
Rudgwick 4.35%
Ludlow St Investments 3.73%
Richard Crane 3.73%
Triple I Holdings 3.22%
Nigel Roberts 2.99%
_______
68.!6%
Rudgwick is Sam Hammam`s company
Ludlow St and Triple I are offshore companies whose ownership is unclear.
The above list shows that over 2/3rds of the shares were held by 9 shareholders (counting PMG and its 2 directors as 1)
No other individual shareholder had more than 1.5% of the shares in issue at the time, but those holding 1.5% each include a number of well known local businessmen.Between the 14 of them , they held a total of 20.29% of the shares.
Together , about 88% of the shares were owned by just 23 shareholders.
Hope this helps

Ludlow Street Investment Corp have in the past been represented by a Mrs Jayne GUY. Is that name a co-incidence?
