Ridsdale is, and always has done. as for Terry Phillips, let's wait until thr end of the month and see what he comes up with.

Terry Phillips is for sure if he gives Ledley 8/10 and calls his performance, "outstanding." Darcy Blake was brilliant. We can only dream of where we might have been if Darce had played instead of Ledley this season. Then Ledley has the gall to say Ridsdale has not offered him enough to stay. Well, he should be grateful for any increase in his wages the way he's played the last 2 seasons.

But a start to pay players a realistic wage has to start somewhere and Ledley is hardly in a position to dictate what he gets due to his performances.
