What is the consequences of Administration

I know a 10 point hit BUT we are not going to go up with this threadbare squad & that wanker at the helm

Would it be easier to get rid of that useless pile of shit in administration ? I'm thinking the administrator would be running a tight ship and transparent Pete would have to account for every penny then ?
