Can each of of us sue him for taking our money under false pretences? Him not the club........there must be a case????

Yep if you have a good legal argument and I reckon we have.

Ideally we just need a test case and go from there. One of us demanding our money back should not cost alot.

i dont care about getting my money back, aslong as it has helped the club stay afloat.

i spoke to a solictor friend, he seems if you threaten them with legal action they'll pay out and in court you'll be in favour
