Its either Calpaldi or Feeney in my reckoning but Annis has thrown a spanner in the works my saying its a first team player. I would not consider these 2 first teamers.

I will let you know a bit later, once signed. But in my opinion DJ is a WANKER.

I have a feeling it's Feeney but as a darkhorse I would go with Matthews sold early (before the Transfer Window) to Arsenal the same way Gunter was to Spurs. The cash along with the Malaysian money used to pay off Langston.

Annis I know a few people who thinks Jones is a bad man mangement guy...but is the player who leaves a player we will all miss?

I remember DJ on GTFM claiming he had never fallen out with a player and those who had moved on always did so for footballing and not personal reasons.

Yea right DJ you bullshitting t**t...

Ok going to put all my eggs on Feeney.

Re: who is gone?

To be fair, Feeney has been f*cking terrible at this level

Capaldi has been a shade of his former past. Donny away? Bloody hell don't remind me.

Let's be fair, most of the deadwood would interest many teams apart from the really desperate. Out of the fringe players, how many can you see making it in the Championship ?

Well thats interesting, I would have definitely kept Purse like you. If it is Feeney that has gone, perhaps that means that they are losing Tudgay. TBH I wont be too upset if we do lose Feeney, maybe he does have the passion, but I don't think he is good enough, though I do agree DJ never gave him a consistent run, mind you it seemed a bizarre signing from the off.

Feeney has never been given a chance, he scores every where he goes and is commited, DJ is not commited

Capaldi then I guess? I know they let one of their defenders go to Coventry after a contract row last week.

We'll have to agree to disagree on Feeney, but your'e right DJ should be committed, I hear Whitchurch is good these days :D

I think its feeney after Annis said he is going to miss him, Annis likes him and i understand why cus he hasnt had a chance to perform at our club, good luck feeney

Re: who is gone?

Wed Nov 25, 2009 11:47 am

Let's be honnest he's similar in size to both chops and mccormack and not many city fans would put him ahead of either myself included so if it is Feeney I say good for both the club and the player himself.

Warren Feeney. I hope he scores goals for and haunts DJ.
He was never given a chance in my opinion.

I really thought he was worth another chance after impressing at United last season.

I'm not surprised it's him that's gone.

Is it a loan move or permanent?

Loan, but Sheff Wed are ready to sign him at the end of it(1 month loan). till Jan transfer market.

Ah, no funds to make a quick move before tomorrow

Same old City, then.

Re: who is gone?

If we miss him but DJ won't, it's not going to be Feeney. I don't think he's played often enough to be missed, has he?

For the record, I haven't a clue who it's going to be but I wouldn't diagree with any of the names on here

I agree we wont miss him, but be fair he has never been given a chance.

Any sign of any reinforcements?

Re: who is gone?

Wed Nov 25, 2009 1:01 pm

How can you say Dave Jones is not commited? In my opinion that is total rubbish. The only player out of Feeney, Capaldi, Comminges etc (ie. fringe players) I dont want to lose is Gypes.

i hope it's not gyepes

Re: who is gone?

Feeney ain't terrible like everyone is saying he manages to score goals everywhere he plays: Luton, Swansea & Dundee he even putset 100% Feeney but i will disagree Alex! them away at international level with NI. If he aint having any games how can you judge him!
