We are now not in trouble because of Sam, he has already halved it, We only pay him back about £87,000 a month, WE owe the inland Revenue £2.7 Million. plus more to come, thats nothing to do with Sam.

As I have said on another thread, the club does not belong to the board either morally or spiritually (Again Steve Borley excepted), so why should they suddenly invest their own money if they see a shining knight so to speak to pay them off.

It is a job/investment to them.

I doubt Langston will see any form of repayment in 2010

Fickle some of our fans.

Sam, i still and will never forget what he did for our club, I know he had his bad points.

Re: Sam lets be honest

he had his bad points yes, but was city through and through.

CCMB call us the "Pro-Sam brigade".

Maybe so, everyone has their own opinion, whether it be good, bad or not giving a shit.
I personally will never forget the fun we had under Sam and i perish to think where the club would be if he never came in.

As i said before, if Sam was here now he'd be up his ladders, personally taking down the Cardiff Blues signs off the stadium

I think you will find that there are plenty of posters on there who still like sam, even though he spent millions of pounds way above what we could afford

I post on CCMB aswell, and from what i've seen said about this messageboard, that seems to be the general consensus.

sam and ridsdale are as bad as one another,..
lets hope the malaysians come in so we can move on from the pair of them..

Re: Sam lets be honest

Thu Jan 28, 2010 12:24 am

I think you are incorrect

there are plenty of people who talk about sam in positive terms on there

I dont , I think both he and ridsdale are as bad as each other

Re: Sam lets be honest

Thu Jan 28, 2010 12:28 am

Naive as it may seem.
I would love to see Sam back.

He rekindled the fire and brought excitement to the club.
Unfortunately debt as well.

Re: Sam lets be honest

Thu Jan 28, 2010 12:36 am

both lived in a bit of a fantasy, the diffrence is.....
i believe SAMS fantasy started off harmless and was all intented for us fans and to bring quick success to the club, and spiraled out of control UNITENTIONALY leaving us in the shit,
whereas PETER is selfish and has done nothing but blame SAM when to be honest PETER is a nasty minipalative piece of shit, and should look at himself, i believe he toook over thinking he was in a no loose situation with a chance to be a hero and change the reputation he has built himself....HOW f*cking WRONG CAN A PERSON BE!

I post on both and whilst there are people who are not prepared to put their names to their posts , to suggest that the ccmb call this board the pro sam board is incorrect, especially as you say you dont bother with it anymore

there are idiots on every messagboard

No, i agree there are some people on there who are pretty pro-Sam, but a couple of times this board has come up in conversation, and it's come up a couple of times.

I do enjoy the rugby debates on CCMB though
It's that season again too.

Of course it depends on your opinion.

Mine is if Sam hadn't been robbed by PMG who relieved him of the retail park millions, then he could have easily had enough cash to pay for the stadium, pay off Langston, HMRC, get to the Premiership and anything else you care to mention.
