FROM THE PRESS CONFERENCE:
Peter Ridsdale says he recognises supporters feel let down. He wants to apologise to fans but he is not resigning.
Season ticket plan will be honoured. He admits the season ticket idea was misleading but insists this was not intentional.
He added: "Had we known investment assurances were not going to come off, we wouldn't have given fans hope of new signings."
Ridsdale added: "I admit I made a mistake. Until yesterday we believed there would be money coming in before the transfer window."
Ridsdale: "I don't believe I have lied. I think the word lie is inappropriate."
