Say there is an internal boardroom struggle, Pete has got a majority backing from the board (as his cronies are a majority on the board) and the board stated majority in the press to put on a united front, Malaysians wont do business with him hence borley/guy trying to get him out, but he wont go as he looses his very large salary, would then need an AGM so shareholders can oust him, or is this just far fetched?
