No idea but if I was them I wouldn't have attended, the reason being pretty obvious.

So we only have Ridsdale's word for it that he has the unanimous backing of the Board. I think another board member needs to confirm or deny this as soon as possible. I am of course not suggesting for one minute that he would lie.
