Selling the land to raise £2million

What exactly are the club proposing to sell now land wise to raise £2m to help pay the tax debt off, This was mentioned on red dragon radio 8am news. Is it land on the new ground or some facilities we own eleswhere !! If this doesnt come off it clearly looks like admin and an assest strip only this time of players.
