So have the club got any remaining assets then? Other than the stadium, which isn't exactly a liquid asset and the players which again are fairly intangible.

The majority of income streams have been sold off, we sold off the catering/hospitality in the ground, we lost out on the retail park which I thought was originally going to be owned by the club?

We have a new stadium, but what income have we got now? Majority of next years ST's have already been sold, we've borrowed against future income from Sky/Football league, and have a long list of creditors. Ridsdale says it's a short term cashflow problem, but unless we can an injection of cash in the form of investment there surely we have no hope in the long term?

Indeed. Even if someone bought the club and paid off the current debt we won't have much of an income stream for the forseeable future so the new owners will either have to fund the losses themselves or run up new debt.
