It won't allow me to upload the document, it's a PDF. It would take me too long to do through it line by line and copy paste the major shareholders - they are listed in alphabetical order, not in order of holding.
I'll email it to anyone that wants it.

How recent is that Nobby?
Rudgewick is/was one of Sam H's investment companies. I can't see my name on the List either I put £500
Probably stung for the Tax Cunts bill....

Its up to date,
Rudgwick is Sam Hammam`s company
Ludlow St and Triple I are offshore companies whose ownership is unclear.
The above list shows that over 2/3rds of the shares were held by 9 shareholders (counting PMG and its 2 directors as 1)
No other individual shareholder had more than 1.5% of the shares in issue at the time, but those holding 1.5% each include a number of well known local businessmen.Between the 14 of them , they held a total of 20.29% of the shares.
Together , about 88% of the shares were owned by just 23 shareholders.

If Borley has the fans interest at heart and the fans want an EGM.
Why doesn't he formally request 1?
Save the effort of rounding up loads of smaller shareholders
