they cant, and thats why i think it will happen, the administrators wont be able to loan any out as we wont have a big enough squad

but if we did i would not be surprised to see criminal proceedings against certain members of the board

So from that point of view, administration is a good thing as we will keep our players.
However, costs have to be slashed so certain overpaid staff will be sacked?

By by Spencer, Riddler, Gareth Davies, Keith Harris, plus less managers in 3 other depts all Riddlers men.
I reckon you would save at least £2.5 Million a year without them.

On the other board there is a good post where SB is supposed to have said(and I believe this has been said at other times) that he would write off his investment in CCFC.
So one major creditor satisfied-I am coming to the conclusion that admin is more likely than not and while the pain will be severe in the short term, with the proper financial safeguards in place it could be the best thing that could happen to the football club.

so if they can't sell our players the admin will try to sell the club with the players as part of the deal. What a bargain for potenial buyers.to good to be true surley

The are certain secured creditors PMG? and the council and football related debts, who would have first dibbs, I believe, on asset sales.
Can someone remind me, chapter and verse on the position re secured creditors?
Other creditors like trade, HMRC, SB and SH would have to whistle.

I think the taxman ,comes first then the employees, but i dont think the taxman will wait for the transfer market to open for his wedge

HMRC no longer preferential. They come way down the line now, that's why they are getting tougher these days.

Why would the board put us in admin and probably get 10p in the pound when they 'supposedly' have an offer from the malaysians for 10p a share and the debt as their responsibility?
