Borley and Guy buying the hotel land ?

Sat Jan 30, 2010 11:46 am

Someone posted this on MM's board and it seems feasible to me.

It ties in with them putting money into the club and they will also have somethign to show for their money - protecting theri investment.

it makes sense.

Look guys if u keep me on I can sell u that land marked for the hotel on the cheap. Also
u know ive got the council in my pocket if I go they'll never agree for us to sell the land.

It also means that Borley will bail the club out ( again) by having to spend just over 2 million on building the much needed House of sport to satisfy the council agreement. Academy status is already under FA study due to no indoor facilities, so this solves this as well.

PMG get the glory bit regards larger return revenues as they get the hotel.

PMG has stripped the club of the Retail Park, Land, Hotel all without anyone taking any notice. If fans want to demonstrate and really ask 'where's all the money gone' then may be they should camp outside 1 Challagan Sq and ask those 2.

I was astounded at the demo when Paul Guy and Mike Hall walked out completely unnoticed. I was almost frothing out of the mouth, and make no apologies for it, for feeling similar towards Borley when he emerged upstairs briefly. I have no alleigance or affiliation with Steve unlike many respected and influential posters (not a dig at all, just stating facts), but my only allegiance is to Cardiff City and I have no shame in confessing to be somewhat lacking in faith towards him as well. But quite why Guy and not so much Hall were allowed to walk out without so much as a stare I was staggered at. Ridsdale is clearly the biggest problem, but the whole board is in my opinion tarnished by association.

Borley saved the club a few years ago. He doesnt deserve any stick at all.

PMG worry me. whats stopping them telling PR to sell whatever he can and recoup their £9m loan. I'd leave them alone

All of this wouldn't have been engineered to allow Guy to buy the land on the cheap by any chance would it?

well if it means they have the £2.7 million tax money stashed somewhere until the 10th .......and making loads of noise about it and then they do a "good" deed to save the club - so be it......SAVE THE CLUB!
