Do Cardiff City actually have an accounts dept?

Do Cardiff City actually have an accounts department? Is there a financial controller or is it all just run from board level? I cant imagine any professional accounts manager allowing the club to get in such a state. Was it a strategic move to take such big gambles or just financial incompetence?

It's the same "Live the Dream" strategy that Ridsdale pursued at Leeds. All his financial forecasts are based on the most optimistic of optimistic scenarios. He's gambled with our club and we will be the losers.

Yes and I am still waiting to be paid for my books
