As Mascots I thought they would just go out with the players, but from the minute they arrived there at 1.30pm, they were greeted by Matt Holland(Scott Youngs No2) who was second to none, he really looked after them, taught them to play football, singing, laughing around etc etc.
They were taken behind the scenes to meet Dave Jones, The Refs and introduced to everyone.
They had a photo in the dressing rooms with every member of the Squad and chatted to each individual player, they were never rushed.
PR came down and said hello to them(Thankyou), I cracked a joke at him, saying dont worry they havent got PR out t'shirts underneath.
I loved watching them warm up on the pitch and Feeney came over and passed the ball a few times to them.
Then to run out side by side with Chops and J both, both of them holding their hands made my day.
I sat with Hudson for the whole game.
The only down side was every where I went in the distance were 3 Security following me every where, even at half-time they followed me in to the players lounge(I will tell the tales of them in My next book lol).

Brilliant.
I had my kids with me today and was trying to persuade them to have a goal. Think they may be too old now
What was Hudson like ? did he have anything interesting to say. He must be worried after Gyepes and Gerrard's performances today.
