Put in a few quid and its a cert these days
Main thing in my opinion is to get past the 10th with the tax bill paid by other sources then easier to get the riddler out

Once again it will be a short term fix, meaning it'll be one less asset we own.
What else can we sell once the land is gone? Other than players there's not a lot left is there?

It is believed Paul Guy(PMG), once the council have ok everything will Buy the spare piece of land of for about £2 Mill with planning permission for a Hotel(Fair play he always turns everything in to Gold), This expected to be paid in to the Club before Feb 10th, that will go Direct to the Tax Man.
Steve Borley is sorting out the house of sport and will then add the remaining money.
Tax man paid
But latest bill now catching up

I have heard a rumour, I don't know if its true but if it is it would explain a hell of a lot.
The club had an agreement with the City Council to build the House of Sport by December 31st this year otherwise it was in breach of the orginial agreement which gifted the land the stadium/retail park is built on to the club. If the club did default the Council would have taken the Hotel and House of Sport land plots back into Council ownership.
Building work on the HoS had to start by January of this year to meet the deadline.
The 'Golden Ticket' scheme was first launched in November 2009 with a deadline of 31st December (co-incidence?) and the club intended to raise £3m, which by 'co-incidence' was the sum needed to 'build' the House of Sport.
So the whole aim of the Golden Ticket Scheme from the off was to fund the House of Sport construction.
The Hotel land was always going to be sold to asset stripper Paul Guy who again is in line to make millions of pounds out of a club and sport he has no interest and would explain why the 'major' shareholders support the Chairman.
We have again been done by the back door and everyone of those on the board MUST have been aware of what was going on.
