I hope not, but ive got a strange feeling we may lose 2 players, Matthews and McCormack, be chuffed if im wrong though.

Whats the score with getting new players in, the window shuts tomorrow but there is a 2 week loan period so when does that open and shut.

Cant see us losing any to be honest.
no one has enough cash to pay all up front
and also if we do sell some1 its going to turn nasty in the next demo (if we have one)

I think we'll hold on to all our players

Cant see Mattews going to Utd when they have just signed Smalling and let him stay at Fulham until the end of the season. McCormack looks like his eyes are turned and if any clubs have the money its the big scottish clubs. Cant see any english clubs coming in with bids.

I hope not too and I firmly believe we have a transfer embargo despite what Peter Ridsdale says about saving the club money by not adding to the wage bill :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

So if we sell we cannot replace due to the embargo...selling is allowed...bringing players in is not allowed

Squeaky bum time. Either Matthews to Man United or Arsenal, McCormack to Celtic, Chops to Newcastle or Ipswich, Bothroyd to Aston Villa or Stoke, Whittingham to Sunderland, Burke to Birmingham or Gerrard to Liverpool. Anyone of the above or a combination of them could happen, All those clubs got cash to spend. Do I think we will sell!!!!. Yes!!! hope I am wrong.

As I said in another thread, Celtic will have until midnight to sign Ross, if they want him. The Scottish window is open longer than the English.

Yes and it'll be McCormack who himself and his agent will be on overtime touting what a marvel he is and he is far to good for the likes of Cardiff City, I hope we get £3million plus for him and he can take his pompous arse and fek right off.

Well Celtic have signed around 5 players this morning by the looks of it.

celtic have signed Kamara on loan so I think that Ross will go there in the summer,

my biggest worry is a late bid for chops

Out of those I can see Matthews going to Man Utd and McCormack going to Celtic. I would have said Chopra going to Newcastle but I think they have their sights elsewhere. For £4m they'd want a player who could score in the Premiership next season and Chopra isn't guaranteed to do that.

I can't see Bothroyd, Whittingham, Burke or Gerrard going to be honest.

Nobody's going to Celtic. They've signed Diomansy Kamara on loan for the rest of the season and they can't afford owt else.

Chopra's not going to the Geordies because, well, they're more than likely going up and he's shit in the Premiership!! :ayatollah:

Hopefully Quinn/Comminges/Feeney/Taiwo go if anybody has to.

I wouldn't mind Taiwo staying for now. I think he's done alright recently. Until we get cover for Jay I'd keep Feeney as well. As for Quinn and Comminges... where's that waving smiley?
