PMSL - simple don't bring a car - get the bus/train and saunter into Canton after for a few to celebrate the win get a keebab on the way home and then divert into town for a few more beers - sorted - what a way to spend a saturday

I've only ever left early at one football match in my entire life.

The game was Wales v Serbia, we were 1-3 down with three minutes to go and had played like shit all day (thanks Mark Hughes ). As I was walking down Westgate Street I saw through the pub window someone in red doing a somersault, my heart sank as I knew I'd missed my favourite footballer ever score another goal for my country.

I'll never leave a match early again.
