CHANGING MY PHONE NUMBER

My number must be almost the same as the coast guard, because for some reason over the last few weeks some bloke as been ringing up all hours and asking is the coast clear.
What suprised me though is when my wife answers she always says no, and I find this starnge, because she don't know anything about weather conditions.
