Is he definitely out for 8 months then? I heard he would have the one op and let it heel then have the second op 4 months later. If he's having them close together surely he'll only be out 4-5 months?

Not 100%, it could be that both of these ops are related and he may have to have the other two in 4 months. Will try and find out

Cheers Owain. Please be aware my thoughts are from total rumours so they could be totally unfounded. Just thought I'd put it out there for us to gain some clarity on it all because the club have been quite quiet about it all.

I thought he was waiting on the NHS.

When i was chatting to him he said it was approx about 8-12 weeks recovery and i suppose he would have to build his fitnesss back up too so poss 4 months maybe

He said in an interview that he hoped he could maybe be back for the end of the season or the playoffs, so I don't think it'll be 8months.
