Would everyone be happy with this for away tickets?
Just like alot of premier league clubs do tickets would be dispatched via points system e.g
Season ticket - 50pts
home ticket - 1pt
away ticket - 3pts
cup tickets - 5pts
then the club could set boundaries to who deserves a ticket to the big games
like you could say people with 150-200 pts get first batch, 100-149pts get second batch and then so on so forth would everyone be happy with this or would we still have people unhappy

The boundaries are set and everyone knew them. Ambos get priority, the rest get whats left. This was made clear when the ambo offer was announced. This always happens when people can't get thickets for big games yet didn't commit to the offer

A points system is dangerous ground because some people genuinely haven't been able to make some games when they usually would. I was lucky enough to get a ticket but the fairest way to do it would be to prioritise groups over periods of 24 hours. Say do this...
Day One: Season ticket holders with away memberships.
Day Two: Remaining season ticket holders with a FA Cup ticket to their name.
Day Three: Remaining season ticket holders.
Day Four: Open to the rest of the public.
Obviously maybe spread them over a few days each or whatever. It would be one ticket per person as well!
I agree with Nottage Blue though, the boundaries were set and everyone knew the score.

I don't mind about people not getting tickets but I mean we have 10000 ambos. Why can't we reward the ambos who have been away too e.g using the points system to see who deserves a ticket rather than we got Chelsea in the cup lets go to our first away game

Thought it would have been fairer if they'd have done ambos with certain amount of aways. Not just a scramble between 10000 I have a ticket just think it's unfair on people who have been to pretty much every away then people who have not been away are going instead of them

Yeah, I agree Danny, it's not fair. I guess from the off though 6,000 into 10,000 just doesn't go so a number of fans will be screwed over. Not an easy thing to delegate.

Think from next season they should change rules as they obviously couldn't this season as that was how the season ticket was set out that they would get priority tickets. Just hope they look at this and change it next season

they cant change it next season as the 11K who have signed up will be expecting ambo benefits Chelsea is a one off and yes there wil be a lot dissapointed but thats progress years ago they would have made general sale

Too late for Chelsea but in the future YES...Develop a system that is fair and advertise it at the start of the season so everyone knows the score.

You could argue about it for ages.
If you've got a fella who's been a season ticket holder for 10years, is he more or less entitled to a ticket than a fella who's been a season ticket holder for 3years, but has been to the odd away game?

NOT every ambo is goin to get their ticket either - there are 15 in my group and only 2 goin!
so you cannot go on every person actually buying one just because they can!!!
