Then to get slated for voicing my concerns about the club at a demo just adds to that bad feeling I have.

No you got slated for making assumptions about fans that didn't join the demo. Whilst you decided to take that route, others including me have decided to back the Trust and report the Golden Ticket matter to the Trading Standards.
That's why I and many others took acception to your 'spineless' snipe which you had no right whatsoever to make.

In that case I'm sorry I didn't see your previous appology.
In that case what slating is in the Echo? I have read it and seems pretty sympathtic towards the demo. Could you please put the link up?

Tony a couple taken off ICWALES:
"any I feel that those who protested proved themselves to be quite naive when it comes to business matters"
"A very small minority protesting about something they know nothing about says it all.
The vast majority know that P.R. is doing the job in hand regardless of the few plonkers"
"Bit of a joke. As most of us suspected the ones making the most fuss on the message boards, and elsewhere, are a noisy minority of mostly children. The much publicised protest turned out to be just over 200 youngsters (mostly chav types) out of a crowd of over 19,000"
"wouldnt mind bettin the majority of this crowd even bought a season ticket..chavs..kids...drunks...and just an element of the cardiff fans who just wanna have theyr loud mouths heard..."
"them protesters are lucky it's the weekend cos half of them look like they should be in school"

As for the other allegation....on saturday, I was as fervent in my support for the team as I was in my protestation over the running of the club. Maybe even more so. As anyone who was within earshot of me will atest to, I was constantly trying to create an atmoshere, create a buzz, start singing and chanting only to be joined by a handful of diehards, whilst everyone else sat silent, twiddling their thumbs. These same people who seemed so unwilling to lend their voices in support of the team are the same who were so against the protest. Dave Jones came out and thanked the fans for the support. He was thanking ME!! And others like me, the very same people who protested. Not the silent majority. It was like a morgue to the right of 116 in the Ninian. Maybe thats what the REAL supporters want, to watch football in a library, but its not what I want and its evidently not what the manager wants either. So before you turn on others, think what a real supporter is. I guarantee the answer lies closer to me than those who sat silent.

I love how these people can slate us on a messageboard or in the newspaper, they wouldn't have dared come up to us and say it to our faces on Saturday.
Cowards.

I am 38 and would have been there in a flash, but had to be somewhere. Back in the late 80s early 90s there would have been war outside, so the board got away with it...... for now.
