Banning call to Millwall fan from home office

This is a funny hoax call made by a radio station (Pretending to be the Home Office) to a Millwall fan. They are calling to ban him from travelling to South Africa for the world cup on the basis that he is a member of the official Millwall supporters club, and therefore, he must be a hooligan (sound familiar?)
