What New Phone?

Right, my old man is looking for a new phone.
Any ideas what is good out there at the moment?

ive got a nokia xpress music phone, good reliable phone.

Yeah, I need a new contract phone as well but really don't want to spend more than £20 a month (including insurance possibly) so if anyone has any ideas?
