Jailbreak.

Install Slide to Unlock Killer from Cydia.

Use iFile to go in and edit the file and then you type in what you want in the quotes.

If you've jailbroken I'll give you a full in depth tutorial if you want one.

Here's my latest wallpaper. It needs sharpening and if you've jailbroken then install via Cydia clock hide to hide the clock on the lock screen.

You are installing way to many tweaks and using up valuable system RAM when you could just install "Springtomize" which customises everything in one settings.app
