£100,000 AGAIN

I have learned today that Peter Ridsdale has allegedly taken another bonus out of the club to the tune of £100,000.

The alleged bonus payment was agreed by the board of directors in September 2009 and the payment was made in November 2009, this is at a time when the club was in arrears with creditors, the HMRC and were the subject of a winding up order.

This alleged bonus was an additional payment connected to the stadium completion bonus of £500,000 that Peter Ridsdale has allegedly already received.

There may be doubters but there is a paper trail and in due course this will be public knowledge.

Disgusting, Disgraceful and at a time when we were asked to buy season tickets early and we know how that turned out.

The guy is a joke and is bleeding our club dry.

Not disputing what you say but where did you glean this from.

If this is true then the man has no shame. When OUR club goes tits up he will crawl back to yorkshire after escaping throught the ladies toilet (as he did on saturday) with money that could have been used to save the club. He is a parasite and has no shame.

How could he claim the £500k when we had a game postponed due to no under soil heating. We were told in the new stadium no games would fall foul of the weather.

Its like he's said about Leeds that he was just chairman of a bad board and he got all the flack , well same here by the looks coz the board would have to vote on ALL matters of finance whether its Ridsdale's bonuses or the payment or indeed non - payment of bills . Each and every one as bad as the other as time will surely tell when the EGM opens up the can of worms which will be the accounts and the paper trail . OK and I know Borley and Guy are the 2 exceptions but this Club needs a new board and new owners asap !!!!

This is only circumstantial evidence but Ridsdale once admitted he was due a £1m bonus if he completed both the stadium and restructuring of the debt. This bonus was negotiated as part of his original contract when he came to the club in 2005 as a consultant to Sam Hammam.

He received a £500,000 bonus in 2007 (which was converted into shares) after completing the takeover from Sam Hammam and restructuring the Langston debt (£15m capital £9m naming rights).

Therefore when the stadium was complete he should have been due a further £500,000.

However, at the Muni Club in November in a throwaway line he admitted to receiving a £600,000 bonus when the stadium was completed which I thought odd at the time.

Therefore he received a total of £1.1m in bonus which is £100,000 above the original negotiated figure. Of course that ‘extra’ £100,000 hasn’t been explained before, but it would appear to be now.
